ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ is among Brazil's "most beloved" companies, according to a list compiled by the platform, in which members spontaneously evaluate the organizations where they work. , which had the results released today.

The employee evaluations consider differentiators such as the ability to offer quality of life to employees, remuneration, benefits, career opportunities, and organizational culture. To compile the most beloved work environments, the mean satisfaction rating attributed by Love Mondays users is considered. Grades range from 1 to 5, 1 being "very dissatisfied" and 5, "very satisfied." ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ reached the grade 4.34, and 112 of its members recommended the company to a friend.

In the first three editions, ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ was acknowledged in the 49th, 31st and 5th places, respectively. In November 2018, ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ was acknowledged by the Out & Equal Workplace Advocates as the largest organization for LGBT+ rights in the workplace worldwide, with the Excellence Award that elects the companies and individuals who most defend diversity and the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people. It was also voted one of the best companies to start a career in a survey carried out by Você S/A magazine , in partnership with the FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração) and Cia de Talentos.

These achievements are the result of initiatives such as training and action for the engagement of leaders and employees, formation of working groups and discussion for diversity, and inclusion and redefinition of recruitment and selection guidelines, so that the criteria and guidelines are aligned with the promotion of diversity.
