The employee evaluations consider differentiators such as the ability to offer quality of life to employees, remuneration, benefits, career opportunities, and organizational culture. To compile the most beloved work environments, the mean satisfaction rating attributed by Love Mondays users is considered. Grades range from 1 to 5, 1 being "very dissatisfied" and 5, "very satisfied." ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ reached the grade 4.34, and 112 of its members recommended the company to a friend.

Established in 2016, the rankings consist of two lists: "The 50 Most Beloved Companies" and "The 30 Most Beloved SMEs." To integrate the list, companies are required to have more than 501 employees and feature at least 50 evaluations, which were carried in this edition out between January 1 and November 30, 2018.
