ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ announces new stage with IG4 and Petrobras together, to strengthen governance and renewal of executive leadership

New shareholder configuration combines restructuring expertise and technical-industrial strength at a challenging time in the petrochemical sector.

ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ begins an important stage of renewal of  its governance, with the entry of IG4 into management, combining complementary profiles: on the one hand, the experience of IG4 in restructuring and management of complex assets; on the other hand, the more active presence of Petrobras, with its technical experience in the development of the petrochemical industry in the country. "The partnership between the companies reflects the new phase at ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ to, by overcoming challenges, preserve its strategic relevance for the chemical and petrochemical chain and continue to contribute to the development of the industry and the communities in which it operates," said Hélcio Tokeshi, who takes over as CEO

This partnership expands ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½'s execution capacity at a time of greater demand for the sector, in addition to supporting the advancement of a structured process of financial reorganization and operational adjustment to a more competitive environment. "The focus now is on execution: reorganizing the financial structure, improving operational efficiency while preserving liquidity and optimizing cash generation. It will be a joint work with Petrobras and IG4 and with a total focus on the company's development", says the CEO.
