Maceió, April 2, 2019 - ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ was made aware, through the press, of a lawsuit filed against it by the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Alagoas and the Public Defender's Office, allegedly requesting that its assets be blocked to secure any possible compensations to the affected population. ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ reiterates that it has been collaborating with the proper authorities to identify the causes since the beginning of the events in the district of Pinheiro. Until this time, there is no conclusive report proving a link between ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½'s activities and the events observed in the district. ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ reaffirms its commitment to the people of the state of Alagoas and to a responsible corporate operation, as well as its disposition to continue to contribute with the identification and implementation of solutions.
